Letter from Philanthropy Chair

Hello everyone!

            My name is Rachel English and I have the pleasure of serving as Phi Mu Kappa Omega’s Philanthropy Chair! Our Chapter has fun raising money for our philanthropy, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, through various events like Miracle Man, Flowers with Phi Mu, Cornhole for Kids, Pie a Phi, and many more. Every day, Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals across the country treat over 20,000 children combined for trauma, diabetes, cancer, surgeries, and babies in the NICU. Here at South, we are privileged to have our very own Miracle Network Hospital run by our own University. This means all the money we raise goes directly to our community. As part of the community, Phi Mu sisters take tours of the hospital and take part in events at the hospital like Trick-Or-Trot, Bell Ringing Ceremony, and more! We hope we get the privilege to meet you and share with you more about this inspiring Philanthropy.
